Case study · BELLODENT

A dental clinic where every patient's details were written down twice: on paper and on the computer.

We rebuilt the clinic's site and moved registration onto the patient's own phone: they write their details once, and the folder and the client in the calendar are created on their own.

The patient registration form on a phone screen: the header with the logo and the RO · RU · EN switch, and the first “Personal details” fields
What we built

The site, the form, and what happens on its own after it

  • The bellodent.md site

In Romanian, Russian and English, with online booking, opening hours and prices. Plus the clinic's Google listing, taken over and rebuilt.

  • The patient form

Patients write their details on their own phone before they come — instead of the sheet of paper at reception.

  • The automation

What the patient wrote becomes their folder and the client in the Altegio calendar, on its own. Nobody copies details by hand any more.

The site

What the patient finds before they come

The old site was ours as well. We rebuilt it twice: first the content and structure, then the whole look.

The bellodent.md home page on a phone screen, with the Book a visit button, the phone number and Get directions
On the phone, the booking button stays within reach.
  • Opening hours and prices, on the site

The old one showed them nowhere. Prices are shown as ranges, by service group.

  • Romanian, Russian and English

The clinic was already seeing patients in all three languages. The old site spoke only one.

  • One main button: “Book a visit”

Booking goes straight into the clinic's calendar.

The signature, and the way through for anyone who cannot sign.

How many times are a customer's details written down in your business?

If the answer is “once on paper and once more on the computer”, the free audit looks at where your customers' details come in today and where they get written a second time.
