A travel agency with no website and customers scattered across five apps.
We put everything into one system: a new brand, a site with live offers from the operator's stock, one place where every request lands, and contracts that fill themselves in.
What the agency has today and did not have before
- Every request lands in the same place, whichever channel it came from
- Every request has a named owner and a response deadline
- The contract fills itself in and cannot come out with data missing
- Each morning, four lists show who is waiting on an offer, a payment, documents or feedback
- Prices on the site are today's, straight from the operator's stock
- The agency appears on Google with its own details, under its own control
- The customer gets the payment reminder and travel documents on their own
- After the trip, the system asks for feedback and a review by itself
Where requests used to land, and where they land now
From the first message to coming home
The stages belong to the agency, not to a template. The card moves left to right, and the stage itself says what comes next.
The contract writes itself — and refuses to write itself wrong
Nobody opens a template or copies data from one card to another any more.
Where each piece sits
The part that works at night sits on a different server from the site customers visit. If the site goes down, contracts keep running.
Rebranding: what we kept and what we removed

We kept the name, the green, the gold, the shape of the figure
The people who have recommended the agency for years recognise it by those.
We removed the emblem with mountains, sun, clouds and waves
Five drawings in one circle become a smudge on a phone — and a logo lives exactly where it is small. What stayed is the plane taking off from the figure 4.
“Together we create memories” became “Travel agency”
For a company someone meets first on a phone, the second line of the logo has one job: to say what you sell.
The brand left with a manual, not a single file
Clear space, forbidden uses, colours with print codes, typefaces, the archive in vector and editable source. The mark belongs to the client, source files included.
Real offers, not a brochure with pictures
The visitor picks a country and dates, sees what actually exists, asks for a recalculation. The request reaches the system with destination, period and party size already filled in — the agent retypes nothing.

The decisions screenshots never show
Requests are split between the two agents
At first they all went to one person. Which is also the easiest way to build a single point of blockage.
“069 040 222” and “+37369040222” are the same person
Without that rule, a customer who writes twice in different formats appears twice in the list — two records, two agents calling.
When the CRM is down, the request is not lost
It is written in two places and leaves on its own with the next request. It is lost only if both fail.
We wait 15 seconds for the reply, not 5
At five seconds we assumed the request had not registered and sent it again. The customer was called twice about the same request.
No countdown, no “last 2 places”
A “final price” you cannot honour is a sale lost on the first phone call. The price is written as a “from” price, with its conditions.
Where do your requests land?
If the answer is “in five different places”, a new website would not be the first thing to do. The free audit looks at where your customers arrive today and what gets lost on the way.
